PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience we offer several payment options. Payment can be made directly to our practice, or you can choose to finance your treatment. Payments and insurance co-payments are due at the time services are rendered. If you choose to finance we will gladly assist you in filling out an application from either Care Credit®, Chase Health Advance™, or Springstone. Through these financing companies, patients can easily schedule low monthly payments and proceed with treatment the same day. We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards.

INSURANCE
Our office accepts most P.P.O. insurances and participates in network with several ones. In-network benefits provide their members with additional discounts. Please feel free to contact us so we can help you understand your insurance benefits. Among some of the insurances accepted are:
